Shhhhhh!– We’re breaking Copyright Law

February 17th, 2005 | by Mike G |

In a transcendental move against crazy DRM and copyright law, Scott Moschella of Plastic Bugs stripped the DRM out of an iTunes song he won after buying a bottle of Pepsi. He then proceeded to break another law by making the song available as a free download on his site.

Not really groundbreaking, but the song is called “(Silence)” by Ciccone Youth. It’s a silent song, like John Cage’s “4′ 33″,” and just a little over a minute long. Grab it now before Apple decides to kill the silence.
