Check your throttled status effortlessly with Glasnost. It mimics Bittorrent traffic over your network connection to determine whether or not your internet service provider is throttling Bittorrent transfers.
It accomplishes this by measuring the difference in speed between regular downloads (of porn, for example) and Bittorrent downloads, using different ports and other settings to get an idea of what, if anything, is being throttled.
By using the tool, you will be contributing ISP network transparency as the results of the testing will be aggregated and published.
